In last Saturday’s game against the Vancouver Nighthawks, Brad Houser threw a beautiful inside-out forearm to Mark Burton for a layout goal en route to their 28-27 road victory.

Houser was awarded the Innova Pulsar Throw of the Week on a throw that was inadvertently influenced by the Vancouver crowd.

“So I definitely thought that the crowd was counting down the last few seconds of the quarter, regardless of the fact that there was eight minutes left on the clock,” said Houser. “But when I see Mark Flirtin’ Burton with his legs pumping, I just put it out there for him to make the play. I get that through years of playing mini.”

Word is spreading about Burton and Houser’s creative end zone celebration, and most agree that Houser’s the dog lapping up his reward for the crafty throw.

“Interpreted correctly. Puppy bowl,” said Houser. “Is Skippy going to hit me up with some extra creamy with honey for that?! It could definitely be integrated into the next Celebrations of the Month.”
